Description
In SISTER ACT Whoopi Goldberg plays Deloris Van Cartier a cabaret singer forced to seek sanctuary in a convent away from the Mob. Her singing talents help her to re-organise the tone-deaf choir but the ensuing publicity puts her safety in jeopardy. SISTER ACT 2 – BACK IN THE HABIT finds Deloris returning to help her friends at the convent by teaching music at an inner-city school.
